Q. How do I register for the Women In Transition annual conference?

A. Navigate to the home page and locate the registration button.

Q. What if I can only attend one day of the conference, can I pay a reduced registration fee?

A. Yes, we offer one day registration.

Q. What other way can I register for the conference rather than online?

A. Yes, contact one of the staff members via email and request a hard copy of
the registration form. Complete the form and return via mail with the registration
fee to PO Box 480261, Charlotte, NC 298269.

Q. If I register as a group is the registration fee discounted?

A. Yes

Q. Can I pay for the hotel via the Naomi’s Posture website?

A. No, we strongly recommend that you contact the host hotel directly.

Q. Can I submit my registration fee in installments?

A. No, we only accept full registration payment.

Q. Does Naomi’s Posture provide transportation to and from the hotel to the church?

A. No

Q. What is the process to nominate someone for the WIT Sister Recognition Ceremony?

A. You can name the WIT Sister while registering for the conference or you can
contact Tjackson@naomisposture.org via email.

Q. Can I celebrate more than one WIT Sister?

A. No, time does not always permit and we like to give everyone an opportunity to participate.

Q. Can I arrive at the conference and nominate a WIT Sister?

A. No, we ask that all names are submitted Tuesday prior to the conference as
preparations have to be made.

Q. Is there a fee to participate in the WIT Sister Recognition? If so when am I informed?

A. Yes, the ministry coordinator will communicate fees once the WIT Sister nomination
process is completed.
